CANCELLATION POLICY

Steps to raise return request:-

  • Notify our team within 3 hours of order created and share the issue particulars to info@zulukgroup.com

  • Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.

  • On cancellation, we will process the refund within 72 hours of the cancellation request.

  • Once the refund is processed, it should reflect in your bank account within 8-10 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

Currently, we support 2 days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us through our email id info@zulukgroup.com; This must be done within 2 days of order receipt. Kindly mention your order ID along with the reason for return in the message.

All our products pass through stringent quality checks to ensure a positive experience for all our customers. 

In case of refund or return, the item needs to be sent by the customer to our warehouse address. The courier charges shall be reimbursed based on the categories as shown in the image below

 

Sale and discount section articles are not covered in our RETURN & REPLACE POLICY

Please note that the products should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of the original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of an offer such as "Buy 2 get 1 free" or "Buy 1 get 1 free" all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer. 

REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation, the cancellation request must be submitted within 3 hours of placing the order. Once the request is received, we will initiate the refund within 72 hours. Once the refund is initiated, the amount shall reflect in your bank account within 8-10 business days.

  • On return approval, kindly arrange to ship the product to address shared by our team and share the proof of dispatch.

PARTIAL FULFILLMENT SCENARIO

We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieving the same. In an unfortunate scenario, where we are unable to fulfil the complete order, the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in the Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.

DISCLAIMER

This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and supports them in their business. We reserve the right to discontinue services and/or block the account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests without prior notice.
